By Premium sorting we are also able further improve the ex-

ported product by diverting some of our sound but still usable

quality that still fits there requirements to domestic special

uses.

Modern & Efficient

While most of these operations are rural they are in no wise

backwoods or primitive. The equipment is modern and effi-

cient much like you would find in any other part of the indus-

trialized world where wood products are being utilized for the

betterment of mankind. The hard-working employees are

doors and in our well-equipped modern woodworking facilities.

Lumber is dimensioned to thickness and width before it is kiln

dried and heat treated which allows core temperatures to

reach 68°C more evenly throughout the kiln charge for the

desired amount of time.it also helps to deliver a cleaner board

(less sawdust).

A recent advent is the addition of modern kiln drying

facilities and development of a woodworking culture

that produces quality products responsibly. By the

addition of high temperature kilns which are able to

dry lumber at temperatures that normally will destroys

insects, mold, mildew and infestations to prevent

potential problems that can exist in global trade. Mak-

ing it possible for the pallet and shook shipped from

the South American ports to be inspected and issued

international phytosanitary certificates as required by

the conventions and international treaties. These

inspections are conducted by internationally regulated

inspectors. Disciplines which incorporates kiln dried

lower MC’s and above 68°C core drying schedules .
